Nurse Clinicians

Lorna Rupp, R.N., C.N.P A graduate of the College of St. Scholastica with an M.A. in Nursing, Lorna is a certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) She joined MINCEP in 2005 and sees school-age children and adults.
